About this shop

Apple Core Antiques refinishes, repairs, and upholsters furniture. The shop removes finishes and applies hand-rubbed stain and satin lacquer, fixes structural damage including spindles, veneer, and legs, and works with upholstered pieces including those with tufting and channel backs. The business also does hand caning, rushing, and woven cane work, which can be stained or left natural. Customers can supply their own fabric or choose from the shop's collection.
